The future of Three Rivers - your views
What do the Police, Councils and NHS have in common? As well as providing the familiar array of services they all want to know what Three Rivers residents are thinking.
From 25 September a new survey is being conducted across each district and borough of Hertfordshire. 4,000 surveys will be posted to homes across Three Rivers. By asking people how satisfied they are with public services the questionnaires will help to identify areas for further improvement. Questions about crime, anti-social behaviour and community cohesion will be included.
Leader of the Council, Ann Shaw, said:
"Please find the time - only a few minutes - to fill in this survey. It will provide information so services can be developed to meet local wishes and local needs."
Three Rivers residents will have a chance to win prizes worth a total of £275 with one prize of £100 and five of £25.
People's views will also be broken down to smaller areas within Three Rivers to provide a detailed map of opinion. The results will be compared with other districts and boroughs in Hertfordshire and with other counties in the country.
